Flowers in Trish's hospital room. |
My beautiful wife, Trish, has suffered a brain hemorrhage - technically a stroke - which has been causing her nausea and difficulty keeping her balance. She hit her head in the bathtub a three days ago. This fall was caused by - and then aggravated - the original hemorrhage.
The doctors were hoping that the blood would go away on its own, but now we've all decided to do a quick operation to drain the blood out. This procedure should relieve her symptoms and will take place tomorrow afternoon.
I'm attaching this link to an article from WebMD that describes her condition. At this time, we have everything we need. My mom is staying with Trish at the hospital to keep her company while I get work done.
